Returns policy
We're confident in the quality of our products, and we want to make sure you're completely satisfied. That's why we offer free returns within 14 days of order. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order-
If your cartridges are defective, we will process a refund less a $3.99 fee.
If your cartridges are not defective, but you need to return them, we will accept them if they are unopened and in sellable condition. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging you will be refunded or store credit with a 15% restocking fee less a $3.99 fee.
Returns procedure-
- Contact us at support@getsetprint.com and let a customer service team member know that you want to return an order. An RMA number will be provided to you. Indicate in our email-Date of order, Order number, Reason for return, Cartridge number and quantity.
- Wait for your return label to be emailed to you. This typically takes 1-2 business days.
- Print your label out, write the RMA number legibly on the label, and use it to ship the order back. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging.
- Once the return is received and processed, the refund will be issued to the same method of payment as your original order. Please allow 2-5 business days from receipt of package to process.
Please note that orders must be returned to us within 7 days of setting up a return. All returns after 7 days from setting up a return or after 60 days from the original purchase date will either be refused or subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
Any and all products returned without the proper Return Authorization Number (RMA) set up will not be accepted.
